  1. About this agreement and terms of use

Please go through the edugator.co.za website and online services’ terms of use. It is to protect you when you use the website and online services.

  1. Purpose of edugator.co.za, the Website and users of the service

Edugator.co.za.co.za is a collaboration between organisations who realised that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, an affordable, quality and comprehensive teaching and learning platform is needed to connect all possible role players in educating learners.

As the Covid-19 pandemic and the lockdown imposed on all are causing financial havoc in our industry, the edugator.co.za Founding users of the service realised that the industry, specifically the medium to smaller stakeholders, and even individuals such as Event Staff and Artists, will need all the possible assistance to kick start activities again.

  1. Registration

There are two main categories for registration purposes.

The first category is for Educators, including teachers, lecturers, facilitators, tutors etc, who render a service or who deliver services within the teaching and learning environment or have skills/products available in course format.

The second category is Learners, including school pupils, students, home or self-study learners, etc., who need an Educator as a service provider to support their education.

Educators, or their employer, registers a paid account and invite their Learners into their learning environment at edugator.co.za. Parents of learners also access free of charge.

Educators may make their contact information available to gain more learner clients free of charge, including contact details and services/courses they are offering. However, edugator.co.za does not promise to provide learners to educators who use this service.

There are short courses available on edugator.co.za in the eCommerce section. As new services are introduced, enrolled users on the system will be informed.
